Pleasure lies in the awareness of details’ and this is also true in gastronomy. The combination of sweetness and sharpness while sipping some fine wine might become poetry with starters. It takes an instant. It’s the same with the thrilling contrast between the coolness of fresh mint leaves and the warmth of salmon pulp. Succession of pleasurable details until the moment of desserts arrives: creamy textures, fresh fruit pulp delicacies… endless senses’ pleasures. WELLNESS GIFT PROMOTION REGULATION TERMS USE OF THE WELLNESS GIFT CARD
- The Excelsior Spa is open from 10am to 10pm every day.
- If you have acquired or received a Wellness Gift Card, you can make use of the Wellness Gift Card services available at the Excelsior Spa by booking a treatment at 0039.0721630015 or making your reservation in person at the Excelsior Spa.
- The card will become active upon your first treatment booking.
- Any desired amount of Euros can be credited in a Wellness Gift Card.
- Once the desired amount is credited a deadline for the use of such credit at the Excelsior Spa shall be stated automatically and informed to the buyer of the Wellness Gift Card.
- Shall the beneficiary make use of a treatment with a lesser price than the amount credited in the Wellness Gift Card, no money reimbursement of the remaining balance shall be made.
- Any remaining amount is only to be spent on further treatments before the expiry date of the Wellness Gift Card.
- Each Gift Box contains only one card. Each credit card can be shared by up to a maximum of two users.
- The Excelsior Spa reserves the right to not accept those cards whose use is suspected to be fraudulent.
WELLNESS GIFT SERVICES
As per regulations of the Excelsior Spa: Wellness Gift owners are entitled to the free use of all the Excelsior Spa facilities before or after their spa sessions whenever the total price of the booked treatments is of at least 60€.

The Wellness Gift Card cannot be used to buy cosmetic products such as creams, lotions, treatment masks etc.
BOOKING
Customers can book their treatments by phoning the Excelsior Spa at 0039 0721630015. Their Personal Identification Number will be asked; this PIN is stated on the back of their Wellness Gift. In order to ensure efficiency of services, the Excelsior Spa invites guests to book treatments at least 48 hours beforehand. When reservations are made within the 48 hours before the requested appointment, the confirmation of availability of treatments shall make the request binding. Shall there not be availability of the treatment on the requested date, the Excelsior staff will provide guests with an alternative date.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS
Cancellations and modifications are possible without any penalties whenever the Excelsior Spa is informed about them at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within the 48 hours before the treatment session shall be subject to a penalty equivalent to full charge of costs.
VALIDITY OF THE WELLNESS GIFT CARD
The term of validity of the Excelsior Spa Card depends on the amount of money outright credited.
1. For 900€ the validity term is12 months as of its last recharge.
2. For 400€ the validity term is 6 months as of its last recharge.
3. For 245€ the validity term is 4 month as of its last recharge.
After each treatment customers will obtain its correlated receipt and an e-mail with the up-dated balance of their Wellness Gift Card Wellness Gift Cards can be credited at any time.

KEEP YOUR WELLNESS GIFT ACTIVE
Customers will be able to have up-dated information about the spa treatments they have undergone and their card balance by communicating their card PINs at spa@excelsiorpesaro.it. After each treatment customers shall be sent an e-mail and given a paper document both stating the spa treatments they have undergone, their prices and their card balance.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
The owners of Wellness Gift Cards can enjoy the Excelsior Spa’s Promotional Offers by filling in and signing the corresponding form. In this way, they will be able to receive very convenient health and beauty plans and spa treatments promotional offers by e-mail.
