what is the Cryosauna?

The Cryosauna consists of exposing the entire body to a cloud of nitrogen inside a cabin similar to a cylinder with an upper opening for the head or torso.
Used mainly in aesthetic medicine and rehabilitation, this technique helps speed up the metabolism, combat cellulite and reduce weight.

The body is brought to temperatures between -110°C and -160°C in 30-45 seconds.
The treatment lasts about 2-3 minutes.
This leads to vasoconstriction of the extremities of the body with increased blood flow to the heart, which is enriched with oxygen and nutrients.
