Payment
Immediate payment of the full amount is required at the time of booking. The total prepaid amount can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions
The booking can be cancelled free of charge according to the conditions of the offer, from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 7 days prior to check-in. For later cancellations, no-show at the hotel will be charged the amount equal to the entire stay.

Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts will not charge a penalty if the inability to stay is related to the current pandemic event and depends solely on one of the following cases: at least one of the booking parties is subject to a mandatory quarantine imposed by the health authorities; it is impossible to reach the booked hotel due to restrictions imposed by the authorities. Refunds or vouchers valid until 31/12/2023 will be issued at the customer's discretion.

Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel the booking in the event that health-socio-economic conditions do not permit the provision of services in the manner clarified in the DPCM.
