Cryo Experience

The experience includes:

• ONE-NIGHT stay in Deluxe sea view room
• Rich breakfast with sweet and savory pastries, drinks, fresh fruit, jams and honeys, eggs, cold cuts and cheeses
• 1 3-course gourmet dinner to choose from the chef's menu (drinks not included)
• 2 cryosauna sessions (one per person)
• 1 smoothing and oxygenating body scrub with salt from the Dead Sea, fine Arabica coffee and yoghurt infused with fragrant essential oils (duration: 40 minutes)
• 1 "leg wrap slimness" pack and draining leg massage (duration: 90 minutes)
• 1 hot stone massage with lava stones on the energy points of the body (duration: 80 minutes)
• 2 free entrances to the SPA EXCELSIOR (one per person, per day) on the second floor with sea view, equipped with Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, vertical Kneipp with color therapy and relaxation lounge*
• Use of the Fitness Room with Technogym equipment
• Free and unlimited Wi-Fi connection
• Bike rental

Payment / Guarantee
Payment at the hotel at the check-in. We require a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

The card issued as a guarantee will be pre-authorised from 6 days prior to arrival at the Hotel, blocking the amount equal to the first night without however generating a charge.
At the time of check-in, in agreement with the guest, the hotel can cash or release the previously blocked amount. If you request the release of the blocked amount, it may take up to 25 working days for it to become available again.
In case of under-dated bookings, we recommend you to use the blocked sum for the payment of services used during your stay.

Cancellation conditions
With the #PrenotaSereno policy, your reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours before check-in. 
In case of late cancellation, early departure or no-show, the amount of the entire stay will be charged.

Other conditions of free cancellation
Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts will not apply a penalty if the inability to make the stay is linked to the pandemic event in progress and depends exclusively on one of the following cases: at least one of the components of the reservation is subject to mandatory quarantine, imposed by the health authorities; it is impossible to reach the hotel booked due to restrictions imposed by the authorities. Against the sums paid, a refund or voucher will be issued, at the discretion of the customer, valid until 31/12/2023.

Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel the reservation, in the event that the health, socio and economic conditions do not allow the provision of services in the manner specified in the Prime Minister's Decree.
