Yoga at the Lido with Annette
Yoga course at Lido Excelsior, free for hotel guests
Lido Excelsior is the right place for every moment of the day: a breakfast with sea view, an aperitif at sunset, a gourmet experience on the sand. Or a yoga class at sunrise.
From 29 May to 12 June, classes will be held on Saturdays, then also on Wednesdays, from 7.00 to 8.00 a.m. We look forward to seeing you on the beach for the yoga course with Annette.
Yoga is an ancient meditation practice that focuses on deep breathing in a series of postures that create harmony between mind, body and soul. Yoga translates into the Sanskrit word "Yuj" which literally means union.
The activity is free for all hotel guests!

Annette Dearne Paulsen
Annette has dedicated her life to health and well-being. She was a professional Netball player, Personal Trainer, Health Coach and owned a Health Club in Australia. In 2009, going through a moment of great change, she discovered the path of Yoga and immediately fell in love with the practice. In 2012 she became a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher (over 750 hours) and taught Yoga in Australia, Monte Carlo, before coming to Italy.
Annette teaches yoga from a place of joy to which the discipline has led her. She creates experiences in which her students can explore, flow with their breath and embody their souls. She loves to see people finding peace and happiness through Yoga.
